Summary

Antipoly is a lightweight bookkeeping app with receipt images. We prioritize privacy by keeping your data on your device.

Data Storage

Bills, categories, budgets, and history are stored locally on your device.

Receipt Images

Receipt photos you add are saved locally in the app's Documents directory.

What We Collect

User-entered content: bill amount, type (income/expense), category selection, optional tax values, notes, and dates.
Receipt images (optional): photos you choose to attach to bills.
Operational records: local history entries (for example, save/delete actions) to help you audit changes.

What We Don't Collect

No account registration required.
No location tracking for bookkeeping.
We do not upload your bills, receipts, or bookkeeping data to our servers.

Backups

When you create a backup, the backup file is generated and stored locally under your device's Documents area for this app. Restoring a backup overwrites the current local data.

Photo Library Permission

If you choose to upload receipt images, the app requests access to your photo library to let you pick images. You can change this permission anytime in Settings.

Advertising

The free version of Antipoly may show ads, including a banner on the Home tab and interstitial ads after you save a bill. Ads are served by a third-party ad network (IronSource / Unity LevelPlay).

To deliver, measure, and improve ads, the ad network may collect device and advertising data, such as IP address, device type, operating system, advertising identifier (IDFA) if you allow tracking, and ad events (for example, an ad being shown or clicked). The ad network does not receive your bills, categories, budgets, notes, or receipt images.

On iOS, you can allow or decline App Tracking Transparency when asked. You can change this later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

A Premium subscription removes ads. Payment is processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not receive your Apple ID or payment details. We only store subscription status on your device to unlock CSV export and hide ads.

Data Sharing

Antipoly does not sell your bookkeeping data. We do not share bills, receipts, or notes with advertisers. Advertising partners may receive device and advertising data as described in Advertising above. Any file or text you export or share (for example, a monthly summary) is initiated by you via the system share sheet.

Data Deletion

You can delete bills, categories, backups, receipt images, and history records from within the app. Deleting the app will remove locally stored app data from your device.
